COMO Shambhala Cuisine – The focus is on nutrition and organic produce. The emphasis is on raw ingredients which are more easily digested, allowing our body to benefit more from the living enzymes, vitamins and sea minerals. No dairy products are used in the menus, nor genetically tampered soy alternatives, but home grown blended nut milks. Really raw honey and agave are used as sweetners instead of processed sugars. Also the use of naturally dried seaweeds and sprouted seeds are used in spa salads.
