In keeping with the owners philosophy of providing a total escape, Vatulele is an oasis of barefooted elegance. Tucked away on a three-quarter mile long white sand beach, on an island completely surrounded by a magnificent coral reef, guests find an abundance of water-based activity: swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving(PADI dive facility), sailing, paddling.

TRANSFER: 25 minutes flight by light aircraft from Nadi international airport.

Accommodation

The villas or Deluxe Beach Bures are spacious and enjoy easy access to the water, each with its stretch of white sand. Twelve doors open to an expansive terrace, and from the living room you walk up three steps to the bedroom, with a king size bed and a dressing area. The bures are around 50 metres apart and are set in natural jungle, allowing privacy. The Grand Honeymoon Bure is the most remote of the bures, this mini-palace is noted for its extreme privacy, and architectural detailing. THE POINT is a premium bure with a commanding view of the lagoon and entire beach. It has two levels, with air conditioning and a pool (fresh water). Well, there are actually TWO pools!

Hotel Facilities

Fresh ingredients are flown in daily from Australia and New Zealand. Naturally there is an emphasis on seafood. Because of the all inclusive tariff, there are ample opportunities to sample the contents of the first class cellar, including unlimited French champagne! In the welcoming warm weather, meals are taken on a terrace outside our large central pavilion overlooking the lagoon. By night, tables are set under the stars and lit by lanterns and candlelight. At full moon, the 'dining room' is usually set by the water's edge. Activities include volleyball, jungle hikes, tennis, water sports including snorkelling and sailing, island excursions and scuba diving, massage and fishing (should it be available) are at extra cost.
