Described as heaven on earth, The Wakaya Club's home is a small, far flung, private Fijian island, surrounded by crystalline, coral-ringed lagoons, and fringed with soaring cliffs and shell-strewn beaches.

Accommodation
Just nine luxurious, cathedral-ceiling cottages have been built using natural woods and thatch. Each bure features a private garden with two outdoor decks, four poster bed, bathroom with oversize soaker tubs and lava rock shower stalls, living room with wet bar and CD player. The Gilmour's private villa, Vale O, or house in the clouds‿ is said to be one of the finest in the South Pacific and is available to guests to experience when the owners are not in residence.

Make to the Palm Grove dining pavilion at the sound of Lali drums where four resident chefs create sumptuous dishes, following the weekly Meke song and dance pageant featuring a traditional Lovo feast. Explore the tribal archaeological sites or take a beach picnic to your own secluded cove. For energising pursuits play a round of golf, a set of tennis or enjoy superb scuba diving. Two free scuba dives per person per day. Other facilities include: a fitness bure, Breeze couples spa, freshwater pool, snorkelling, 9-hole 'fun' golf course, tennis and croquet.
